I tried to enrol for one of your courses but my payment did not go through. Why did this happen?

We charge all of our course fees in British Pounds Sterling (GBP or £). As we work with students all over the world, we occasionally see international banks block international currency transactions; particularly banks in the USA who are mainly used to working in US Dollars.

If you do not regularly purchase goods and services in a currency that isn't your own, then it is likely that a bank or credit card company will view that transaction as out of the ordinary and block it. If this happens when you are enrolling with Formula Botanica, then your enrolment will not go through successfully and your payment will not be approved.

When you enrol with Formula Botanica, you will always receive an order confirmation. Therefore if you did not receive this confirmation from Formula Botanica, your enrolment has not been successful and your account or card has not been debited with the course fees.

If this happens to you, we recommend that you contact your bank or card company to ask them to lift the block so that you can make your course purchase.
