How to get student support at Formula Botanica
We want to let you know the variety of ways that you can access student support at Formula Botanica so you make the best of your learning experience with us.
At Formula Botanica, all the Tutor Support happens via our eLearning Platform. Whenever you have a question about formulations or ingredients and you need to reach a Tutor, please post your question in the Tutor Forum.
Here are the steps to find the ‘Ask the Tutor’ place in your course:
- Log in to our eLearning Platform
- Go to ‘My courses’
- Click on the course
- Click on the ‘Ask the tutor’ button right below the course’s name.
If you are not able to locate the Tutor Forum, please send an email to our Student Support Helpdesk at email@example.com. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm UK time.
If you need help with technical problems such as course or website access, payments, upgrades or extensions, you can also contact us via our Student Support Helpdesk.
The Formula Botanica Online Classroom on Facebook, is the best place to get support from your peers, to interact with them and exchange experiences, to participate in extracurricular activities and so on.
Unfortunately, our Team members cannot offer support to students via Facebook messenger. If you have any questions or queries regarding this please drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
