How do I access technical support for your free course?

This course is composed by 4 Lessons that are delivered to you via email:

Lesson 2 Learn how to make professional organic skincare (sent to you 2 days after registering)

Lesson 3 Learn how to prepare your formulation workspace (sent to you 4 days after registering)

Lesson 4 Learn how to become an organic skincare formulator (sent to you 6 days after registering)

 

Each email sent to you for the free course contains a personalised link that only works for you and cannot be shared with anyone else.

 

Unfortunately, this free training is only available for 9 days so once this time has lapsed it will no longer be available.

 

If you have not received our emails, please complete each step in this order in order to find them in your inbox:

1. Check your junk mailbox.

2. Search your inbox for:

3. Email our support team [e-mail] and tell us which email address you used to register for your free online course.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing our free course then please choose the scenario that applies to you:

SCENARIO 1: You are seeing a message that says your free online course has ended

Are you seeing a message that says: “Thank you for requesting access to our free online course. Unfortunately the free course is no longer available, because you have already recently completed it (either on this email address or a different email address)“?

If you are seeing this message, then this is normally due to having recently registering for our training. Even if you have re-registered with a new email address, our software is still able to track you. Unfortunately our training is only available for a limited time period to each student. Once the training has been completed it will no longer be accessible.

SCENARIO 2: You are redirected to the free training registration page.

Are you being sent back to the registration page each time you click to try and access the lessons in your free course?

If you are being sent back to the registration page, then this is normally due to you having saved or shared the course link and not accessed the link through one of the emails we sent you. If you are experiencing this issue, then we recommend that you find one of the emails we sent you which contains your personal link to access the lessons. If you have not received our emails with the links, please check your junk mail. Clicking on your personal link, should give you direct access to the training videos.
