To cancel please log in to your Lab dashboard via Moodle. If you are a Formula Botanica student, you will first land on your courses dashboard upon logging in. Simply click on “The Lab” to access your Lab membership profile from there.
Below is a step by step guide to allow you to cancel your Lab membership from your own account.
- When you log in, you will see The Lab on your main dashboard. Click it and it should bring up The Lab in a new tab or window.
- At the top right hand side of the screen you will see a grey circle with a white silhouette of a person inside and an arrow next to it. Please click this and a drop down menu will appear.
- Select “Profile” and you will be taken to your User Profile.
- Under membership section, you will see an option to log in to your secure subscription portal.
- Request a secure sign-in link and click the link sent to you via email to reveal your subscription portal.
- Click on your subscription for the Lab and you will see a button to “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION”.
- Please provide an explanation of your reason for cancelling as it really helps us to improve.
(Please note, we cannot complete these steps on your behalf)
You will retain access to The Lab membership, content and benefits for the remainder of your billing period. During this billing period you will also be able to resume your subscription by clicking the ‘RESUME SUBSCRIPTION’ button in your subscription portal.
Once your billing period ends, your access to the Lab will be removed and you will not be able to resume it. You would need to re-join when the Lab doors are next opened. If you have any questions about accessing the Lab again after cancelling, please contact our student experience team directly.
Important: please note that if you cancel your Lab membership, you instantly reset all of your CPD records and they’ll disappear from your CPD passport.
Monthly payments are taken on the same date that you signed up each month, annual payments are taken on the same date every year. In order to allow for regional time variations, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next payment is due. If the request is too late and automated payment is taken, then unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds.
We have a No Refund policy for the Lab, therefore, once your fee is charged, you will retain access to your Lab membership, the content and benefits until the date your next payment is due.
