If your monthly membership payment fails, we will send you a form to update your card details and we will attempt to take your payment again within 2-4 days. If this second payment fails and we haven't heard from you we will attempt a third and final payment in the following 2-4 days. In the event that this payment also fails, your membership will be revoked.
After your access has been revoked, you will need to sign up again to the Lab at Formula Botanica in order to access the membership site. We only open up enrolment to the Lab at select times of the year, so please keep your card details updated on our system at all times. If you need to update your details at any point during your membership you can do so by contacting the team at lab@formulabotanica.com.
Please note that once you cancel your membership, all your CPD badges and certificates are removed from your CPD Passport. We recommend that you always keep your payment information up to date and that you contact our team as soon as possible in case your payment fails.
